Muscle chain stretching is an easy and enjoyable technique, based on the sustained stretching of the muscle chains that tend to be more overloaded and shortened, causing many of the problems and backaches that people generally suffer.

The exercises are done on the ground, bearing no weight and if possible with the muscles at rest, which sometimes is not easy because of stress
