The hotel El Palasiet always has been characterized for the care of the quality of our products, includingdietetic aspects as well.  Since 2002, thanks to the freshness of chef Francisco Clausell and his kitchen staff, we are always attentive to first rate quality of our food, keeping an enormous respect for traditional recipes of Valencian community and especially the province of Castellón.
